Your 8 sessions will be using Internal Family Systems methodology and tools to get to know the parts of your inner system that drive daily behaviours. By the end of these set of 8 sessions there will be a measurable change; in habits, behaviours and beliefs that hold you back or in the challenge you chose to scale.
You’ll also have a respectful plan for the future that gently addresses any issues that hold you back from expressing a fully loved you.
